Thrissur’s cricket scene is buzzing with pride as local talent Sibin P.G. from Methipparambu, Poochakkal, earns a spot in the Thrissur Titans squad for the Kerala Cricket League (KCL) in the UAE.

Sibin, a left-handed batsman and left-arm spinner, has been making waves in the cricketing circuit with consistent performances. His cricket journey began in his school days and flourished through local club tournaments.

At just 17, he moved to Mumbai, where he played in major tournaments for leading clubs. He has represented the Mumbai University cricket team and participated in various prestigious matches.

Currently based in the UAE, Sibin plays for the Dubai Mammoths in domestic leagues. His strong performances there have now opened the door for his KCL selection.

The KCL will feature several star players, and Sibin is expected to make a significant mark with his skills. Thrissur cricket fans are eagerly waiting to see their hometown player shine on the big stage.
